Discrimination Act

The prohibition of discrimination in the Discrimination Act is valid within all areas of society in principle, and the educational sphere is no exception. Functional impairment and lack of accessibility are some grounds of discrimination. This means that students with functional impairments have the same rights as other students to take part in and complete their education.
